Integrating crystals into Reiki sessions amplifies the healing process by leveraging their unique energetic properties. Each crystal emits a distinct energy frequency that interacts with the body's energy field, promoting balance and restoration across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Through strategic placement on or around the body, practitioners target specific areas of concern or energy blockages, promoting deeper healing and relaxation. This holistic approach enhances the therapeutic experience, enabling the release of non-supportive energy, enabling spiritual growth, and facilitating the restoration of equilibrium. Before meeting with each client, I undertake a thorough process to ensure a meaningful and enriching experience. This process commences with the spiritual cleansing of the space and meditation. Subsequently, during your appointment, I will briefly review an intake form with you, address any concerns or specific intentions you may have for the session, and connect with your energy. For those scheduling their first Reiki session, please ensure you complete the Acknowledgment and Consent form, which is available in the booking section at checkout. This form is a mandatory for your initial appointment. You are only required to complete this form once every three years. Prior to our session, I utilize a proxy (photo), to establish a connection with your energy field. You may upload your photo in the section provided on the consent form. This is entirely optional. The process of a Reiki phone appointment: Your practitioner will reach out to you promptly at your scheduled appointment time. This is your opportunity to express your session intentions, specific goals, and address any pre-session questions. After our initial phone call, we'll disconnect, allowing you to settle into your comfortable position while I perform Reiki in my space. A follow-up email will be sent within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it. Plan for your appointment to last around 75 minutes total, with some flexibility for pre-discussion period.
