In order to transform, it's crucial to uncover and acknowledge these limiting beliefs. This requires introspection and self-awareness to reveal the subconscious patterns that influence our thoughts and actions. Through practices such as meditation, journaling, and reiki, we can illuminate these beliefs and bring them into our conscious awareness.
As we release them, we reclaim our personal power and resilience. We become more attuned to our inner guidance and intuition, enabling us to navigate life's challenges with grace and confidence. By tapping into the boundless energy of the universe, we can transcend the limitations that once held us back and create a life filled with purpose, joy, and abundance.

Overcoming fear. Worrying what others think of me was what came up for me when I began my journey. I started journaling and then moved into reiki which transformed my life. It gently brought to the surface what I needed to look at to heal.
