Terms & Conditions
Plans must be purchased separately from any other service or product.
If this is your first booking, ensure you have read and signed the Acknowledgment and Consent form. If you have previously submitted one, there's no need to do so again, as it remains valid for 3 years.
Package Description: This package encompasses either three Distant Reiki Lunch Specials, priced at $100.00, or three Traditional Usui Reiki sessions priced at $150.00. Sessions remain valid for three months from the date of purchase. Package sessions are intended for personal use only and are non-transferable.
Payment: The entire package fee must be paid upon booking.
Scheduling: Clients can schedule their appointments within the three-month validity period. Appointments are subject to availability, and clients are encouraged to book in advance. To schedule, please log in to your account, go to the main menu, and click on 'Our Services' to make your booking. When prompted, select your preferred plan from the drop-down menu for payment. Your appointment will then be subtracted from the total sessions included in your chosen plan. For quicker bookings: If you’ve previously booked an appointment under your purchased plan, log in to your account and go to "My Bookings." Select your plan, then click "Manage" and "Book Again" to schedule your next appointment easily. For updates on your remaining balance, log in to your account and navigate to "My Subscriptions."
Refund Policy: You may cancel your Package Deal within 24 hours of purchase for a refund (processing fees may apply). Any appointments booked under that package will also be automatically canceled. Please note that failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your payment. To cancel your Package Deal, log in to your account and navigate to "My Subscriptions" or notify us through our contact page. Please note that refunds are not available for canceled package deal appointments, only for the purchase of a package deal within the first 24 hours.

Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments:
You can cancel your appointment by accessing "My Bookings" in your account at least 12 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel within this timeframe, the appointment will be credited back to your account for future use. If you notice that the appointment credit hasn’t been applied, please notify us through our contact page. If you’re canceling within 12 hours of your appointment, the cancellation option won’t be available. In that case, you’ll need to reschedule by clicking the "Reschedule" button in the "My Bookings" section.

Appointment Balance: To check your remaining appointment balance, simply select "My Subscriptions" in your account.
Expiration: Any unused sessions after the three-month period will be forfeited.​
