Purchase Requirement:

• Packages must be purchased before scheduling and are intended for personal use only (non-transferable).

Scheduling Appointments:

• After completing your purchase, you can schedule your appointments at any time. 

• Sign in to your account.

• To schedule your appointment, go to the main menu and click on "Our Services" to make your booking.

• Select the service you purchased (Traditional Usui Reiki or Lunch Special).

• Choose your preferred date and apply your purchased plan as payment using the drop-down menu.

• Schedule your appointment.

• For quicker bookings: If you’ve previously booked an appointment under your purchased plan, log in to your account and go to "My Bookings." Select your plan, then click "Manage" and "Book Again" to schedule your next appointment easily.

Session Availability:

• You have three sessions to schedule within three months from the date of purchase.

Confirmation:

• Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Manage Appointments:

• To cancel or reschedule, kindly visit the "My Bookings" section. We appreciate cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance to accommodate others. Thank you!

Monitoring Sessions:

• Keep track of your remaining sessions and package expiration date in the "My Subscriptions" section of your account.
